DEO Kupwara flags-off Cycle Race under SVEEP to raise voter awareness

Kupwara, April 20: As part of its ongoing efforts to promote voter awareness and electoral participation, District Administration Kupwara organized a Cycle Rally under Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) at Kupwara on Saturday.
