Srinagar, Aug 11 : Continuing its enforcement activities across the Union Territory to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, Food Safety Officers of the FDA J&K conducted inspections of food establishments across the various districts of J&K. During the enforcement drive, 190 inspections were conducted across all districts and 181 food samples were lifted for quality and safety testing. Srinagar: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Jammu & Kashmir, conducted Inspection and sampling drive across the Union Territory to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. During the drive, 175 inspections were conducted across the districts of Jammu, Samba, Udhampur, Reasi, Kathua, Poonch, Rajouri, Anantnag, Kulgam, Pulwama, Bandipora, Srinagar, Ganderbal, Kupwara, Shopian and Baramulla.
