Kupwara, August 6: The Indian Army is conducting the Chinar Volleyball Tournament 2026 from 03 August to 11 August 2026 at Panzgam (ALG), Kupwara, with the aim of promoting sportsmanship, physical fitness, discipline, teamwork and positive youth engagement among the youth of the district. The tournament was formally inaugurated on 03 August, with the Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), Kupwara, Mr. Shahzada, gracing the opening ceremony as the Chief Guest.
