November 09: Continuing its efforts to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society, Police in Handwara have arrested a drug peddler and recovered contraband substance from his possession.During a routine Naka checking at Audoora Bridge, a police party from Police Station Qalamabad apprehended a suspect identified as Mudasir Ahmad Dar, son of Ab Majeed, resident of Badkote Handwara. During his personal search 52 grams of Charas like substance was recovered from his possession.
