Kupwara Sep 09 : During a routine security check at Sadhna Top (Karnah) around 11:15 AM, substantial amount of a substance suspected to be Charas was recovered from a female individual during frisking procedures by Mahila Constables Anamika Roy and and Monika Orawn of BSF.
