At approximately 1900 hours, a police party was conducting routine checks at Geer Hachi checkpoint in Kupwara. Kupwara: In a significant action against corruption, Kupwara Police today arrested an individual for attempting to bribe the Station House Officer (SHO) of Police Station Lalpora in exchange for the unlawful release of a seized JCB vehicle.
