KUPWARA, OCTOBER 22: Rahil Amin (JKAS) today assumed the Charge of Assistant Labour Commissioner (ALC) Kupwara. After assumption of charge, he chaired an introductory meeting with the employees of the ALC Office and reviewed the functioning of the Department in the District.
