Kupwara: In a move to support forest-dependent communities, the Kamraj Forest Division, Zangli Kupwara, has distributed 258 quintals of green fodder under the “Forests for Fodder” initiative over the past week. The initiative targets fringe forest villages such as Shundi, Lasitiyaal, Maidanpora, Sogam, Saduganga, Natnussa, and Batpora, where livestock heavily rely on forest resources, especially during lean fodder periods.
