Kupwara, 25-09-2025:The District Police, Kupwara has organized extensive awareness programmes to educate the public and stakeholders about the provisions of the New Criminal Laws (NCL) — Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA).
