Kupwara Police Apprehends Drug Peddler; Charas-Like Substance Seized

Kupwara Police continues its unyielding efforts in the fight against drug abuse. Today on 16-11-2024, a Naka was established by Police Post Bazaar at Geerhatchi. During the checking, an individual identified as Ghulam Mohd Lone S/O Abdul Rehman Lone R/O Khumriyal, aged 37 years, was intercepted by the Naka party. Upon a thorough search, three lathis of charas-like substance weighing approximately 71 grams were recovered from his possession.
