Kamraj Forest Division carries out Bhang destruction operation in Kupwara

Kupwara: Kamraj Forest Division Kupwara, under the supervision of Divisional Forest Officer Anurag Arya, IFS, has successfully eradicated bhang cultivation at Trumkhan Top, specifically in compartments 35 and 36 of South Lolab Range. This operation was part of a concerted effort to combat the drug menace in the region. The anti-bhang drive was a collaborative effort involving the Kamraj Forest Division Kupwara, J&K Police Contingent, the Revenue Department, Forest Protection Force officials and Bandipora Forest Division.
