KUPWARA: Students of Army Goodwill School Wayne, Kupwara once again brought laurels to the school by delivering outstanding performance in the Inter AGS Quiz Competition held at Army Goodwill School Hajinar, Tangdhar on 03 August 2026.
The quiz competition was organized with the aim of enhancing students knowledge about the heroes of the Kargil War and to instill a stronger spirit of patriotism and national pride among the young minds of border areas.A total of 40 students from 06 Army Goodwill Schools participated in the event.
From AGS Wayne Kupwara 08 students participated divided into two groups. Group-I comprised students from Class VI to VIII and Group-II comprised students from Class IX and X.
Students of AGS Wayne showcased remarkable knowledge, confidence and team spirit in both categories and performed exceptionally well, making the school and the entire region proud.
The enthusiastic participation and excellent performance of AGS Wayne students reflect the school’s continued focus on academic excellence, general awareness and character building.
Such initiatives by the Indian Army through Army Goodwill Schools play a vital role in nurturing talent and fostering patriotism among the youth of remote border area of Kupwara District.
