Kupwara, October 27: District Police Kupwara today organised a vibrant ‘Run for Unity’ from Goosu to District Police Lines Kupwara to pay tribute to the brave police martyrs who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty.
SSP Kupwara Shri Al Tahir Gilani graced the occasion as Chief Guest and encouraged participants to uphold the spirit of unity, discipline, and community service.
Over 230 participants from different walks of life took part in the event with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship. The initiative aimed to foster harmony, patriotism, and stronger police-public relations. Winners from various categories were felicitated by the Chief Guest for their commendable performances.
