KUPWARA, APRIL 8: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ms. Ayushi Sudan who is also Chairman of District Red Cross Committee Kupwara today distributed food Kits among the poor and needy families at DC Office complex, here ahead of holy festival of Eid-ul-Fitr.
