Kupwara, April 30: The Shakti Vijay Brigade of the Indian Army organised a medical camp in the remote border village of Jabri in Karnah, Kupwara district, to provide essential healthcare services to local residents.
During the camp, a total of 142 villagers received medical and dental consultations along with necessary treatment. The initiative aimed to improve access to healthcare in this far flung area where such facilities are limited.
In addition to medical services, students of Government Middle School Jabri were educated about the importance of oral hygiene. The awareness session focused on basic dental care practices and maintaining good health.
Local residents appreciated the efforts of the Indian Army for organising the camp and extending healthcare support to people living in remote areas.
