Tangdhar, February 21 : The people of Karnah bid a poignant farewell to Advocate Mohd Nazeem Khwaja, a towering legal luminary and a proud son of Tangdhar, who passed away on February 19 in Srinagar. However, nature posed a cruel challenge to his final homecoming. Heavy snowfall and extreme weather conditions rendered the roads impassable, delaying the transportation of his mortal remains. With the Nastachun Pass buried under layers of snow, the grief of his family and the people of Tangdhar deepened, as they longed to lay their beloved to rest in his ancestral land.
