Indian Army Celebrates 10th International Yoga Day at Tulail Gurez Valley Forward Posts

Bandipora 21 June :-The Indian Army marked the 10th International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and participation at the forward posts in Tulail Gurez Valley near the Line of Control. The event saw the active involvement of army personnel, demonstrating their commitment to physical fitness, mental well-being, and overall holistic health.

The celebration of International Yoga Day by the Indian Army serves multiple purposes. It promotes physical health and mental resilience among soldiers, which are crucial for their demanding duties.
