Har Ghar Tiranga’ CampaignDC Kupwara Leads Mega Tiranga Rally from Pahari Hostel Branwari


KUPWARA, AUGUST 11: As part of the ongoing nationwide ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Shrikant Balasaheb Suse today led a Mega Tiranga Rally from Pahari Hostel Branwari.
The rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from hundreds of students, government officials, civil society members, and locals, all carrying the National Flag with pride and patriotism. Among others, ASP Kupwara, Javed Ahmad; DSP, Mohammad Rafiq and Warden Pahari Hostel, Firdous Ahmad also attended the Tiranga Rally.
The rally, which began from the Pahari Hostel Branwari, passed through different streets and markets of Kupwara town and culminated at the Fountain Chowk Kupwara, resonating with patriotic slogans and nationalistic fervor. Participants showcased their commitment to the spirit of unity, integrity, and nationalism that the Tricolour represents.
On the occasion, the DC Kupwara emphasized the importance of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ initiative in instilling a deep sense of patriotism among citizens. He urged people to hoist the National Flag at their homes from August 13 to August 15, and participate wholeheartedly in the celebrations of India’s Independence.
The rally is part of a series of events being organized across Kupwara district to commemorate the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and to celebrate India’s 78th Independence Day with pride.
