Kupwara : In a humanitarian outreach aimed at alleviating the hardships faced by local residents during the harsh winter season, the Chak Kigam Bn org a Winter Relief Programme in Chan Moh, Nagr .
The initiative was carried out in collaboration with ELFA International NGO, reflecting a strong commitment towards community welfare and civ–mil cooperation.
As part of the programme, essential winter relief items including blankets, hot water bags, warm caps, mattresses, quilts, rechargeable lts and other cold-weather necessities were distributed to local families, elderly residents, and children who are most affected by extreme winter conditions.
The initiative was warmly received by the local population, who expressed gratitude for the timely support provided during the peak winter months.
The relief materials are expected to significantly help residents cope with sub-zero temperatures and challenging living conditions.
