Kupwara, 23 Jan 23 : On the eve of Republic Day, a Tiranga Rally was organised by Indian Army's Kupwara Terriers along with the children of Hirri Village to celebrate the upcoming Republic Day. Tiranga Rally was conducted by the students and locals of Hirri village which started from Khar Mohalla Path Hirri and ended at Pir Baba Stop Hirri Kupwara.
